Quality Continuous Improvement Processes JJ's continuous staff training ensure advanced design in our engineering services, and high quality output and shorter cycle times in our manufacturing process. Our rich experience in this field can allow us to help our customers perfect their designs to meet and exceed UL requirement and improve to easy-to-install products. We can involve in new product designs, or re-designs programs. Now we develop about 10 new items per month. 9. Quality Inspection At JJ Group, advanced inspection techniques are used to ensure the absolute quality and reliability that is built into every electrical product. Inspection begins with the receipt of purchased material and includes scheduled testing by trained inspectors, as well as continuous in-process inspection by assemblers and machine operators. Raw materials / components are traceable to the vendors’ production lot number and material certification. This critical process safeguards consistency in manufacturing. Our in-house laboratory operated according to UL standard test our full line of products meets the quality standards customers expect. JJ Group uses only carefully selected high-grade raw materials – zinc, aluminum, steel, plastic and malleable iron – to meet high standards of industry.

10. Quality Warranty JJ Group’s products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of shipment from the factory, providing they are used properly and installed according to the National Electrical Code (NEC). We will replace any parts that have been proved defective with new parts free of charge. Our liability for items claimed defective shall in no event exceed the prices paid for those specific items.
