15.  The snowpack is below average for current water year.  Forecasting indicates greater chance of below average precipitation for current water year.  Current conditions indicate that 2013 runoff volume is similar to 2012 runoff volume.  Forecasting shows peak runoff has yet to occur for the Aminas River.  And a big THANK YOU to the BOR for use of their slides and providing pertinent information.
