The Greening of North Carolina Network FUNDING Initial funding has been through US Government programs like Climate Wise which was a industrial pilot program. Climate Wise has been upgraded to a sector of Energy Star. US Government and NC Government have both been re-organized and funding methods and amounts drastically changed. The Energy Star and ICLEI, CCP programs are on-going. A funding base of many stakeholders is required to assure continued services of this Greening of North Carolina Network Program. Each Allied Partner will be invited to assist in this support along with the companies that services are provided to. The extent that the program reaches every county in N.C. depends on the level of support. Our objective is state-wide.
