Looks like an ordinary furnace Replaces furnace and air conditioner Blows air same temperature as conventional systems (100° winter/ 55° summer) Can be installed in any size building (mobile home to skyscraper)
9
Units use (55° F) temperature of the earth 5 feet below surface, dissipate heat in summer and absorb heat in winter. Accomplished by circulating pressurized water through hundreds of feet of polyethylene pipe, forming a giant radiator we call a geothermal loop.
10
The loop can take many different shapes depending on the landscape surrounding the building.
11
Works better than ordinary HVAC Costs 70% less to operate than existing units Cash flow positive immediately No ugly outdoor unit
12
Works better than ordinary HVAC Quieter Safer (no carbon monoxide or explosion risk) Lasts 24 years versus 15 for ordinary a/c
