4  Five new buildings will blanket the downtown campus: student recreation center, student union, College of Education, administration center and Howe Mansion, all with welcoming landscapes and retail shopping to enhance our downtown presence  New student housing and neighboring apartments and townhouses will exceed 2,500 beds  Five remote campuses will supplement the downtown campus  An additional 1,500 parking spaces will be available on campus  New RTA facility will support our local transportation needs  50% of course offerings will be provided through or supplemented with online materials 4 Residential, regional, commuter and online campus Student focused Known for teaching, research and service Leader in diversity hiring practices at all levels Responsibility-Centered Management Respected and copied Proactive and collaborative Outward oriented and engaged regionally

12 How Does Cleveland State University Get There? ► We will:  Elevate existing administrative and support staff to become more innovative professionals with strong customer service skills  Continually enhance skills of the management and executive staff  Refine the roles of all CSU leaders from the supervisor to the Board of Trustees  Generate unprecedented improvements in the advancement programs  Utilize the University’s increased debt capacity  Enhance the search, hiring and admissions methodology to improve overall faculty, staff and student quality, diversity and retention  Implement new budget and planning methodologies  Increase awareness of the University through aggressive marketing programs 12
