2 Article 88a: Maintain a database with the current mandates, which contains, among other things, the following information: the beginning and end of the mandate, origin of the mandate, program area, organ responsible for its execution, etc. This information must be used as a basis for determining actions to be undertaken by the General Secretariat during the budget year and should be made available to the Member States. 19 Linking Mandates to Organizational Units Each group of mandates is assigned to one or more responsible Organizational Unit. Example: the mandate groups within the pillar of Human Rights are assigned, according to their compentency, to the IACHR, to the Court IHR, to the CIM and to the IIN. 20 Classification of Results The operating goals of each Organizational Unit are registered in the Operating Plan System (in use since 2006). The operating goals are grouped within the mandate groups previously established. Mandates Planned Results Programmed Resources

21 Linking results with mandates The operating results are linked to mandate groups according to the responsible organizational units. Mandate group results are assigned automatically to the corresponding sub-pillars and pillars. Mandates Planned Results Programmed Resources

23 Assigning Resources The human and material resources, from both the regular fund and other funds, originate from the corresponding approved annual budget.
