3 CHARGE OF IPC 1.Integrate the strategic planning and budgeting process by: a)recommending guidelines for the budgeting process b)ensuring that budgetary investments and allocations align to institutional priorities. 2.Establish the institutional strategic budgeting context by: a)recommending strategies to achieve planning priorities b)formalizing assumptions c)reviewing and making recommendations regarding drafts of the annual budget d)evaluating and improving the ongoing budget processes as appropriate. 3.Review proposals and make recommendations for use of Strategic Investment Fund
