How Can a Global Citizen Help the Environment?

The Rs of the Environment Recycle Reuse Reduce REJECT Rot RETHINK Replace

To find a new way to use trash so we don’t have to throw it away.

To cut back the amount of trash.

Using trash to remake new goods that can be sold over and over again.

To use leftover organics to make useful compost from worms. Rot

To REPLACE an unfriendly item with a reusable item. Replace

To refuse accepting things that harm the environment.

To think before doing an action that could be harmful to the environment.

What happens to the Garbage we Produce?  Year  We produced 58,622 kg of trash  ( 16.5 colones per kg).  We paid 200,000 each month for transportation.  In a year, we paid 3,292,650 colones.  We recycled 4,522 Kg a year.  We got from recycling 253,525 colones. 
