Presentation transcript:

In Reception On Wednesday Reception class went outside to make a beautiful picture - but OH NO! Miss Kelly tripped up and spilt paint everywhere. The children were very kind and came up with lots of ways to change my oops into something beautiful. Next the children listened to the story and we decided to look through the paper bin to turn the 'oops' into beautiful characters and objects! The children's imagination was fantastic. We turned rubbish into: jellyfish, crowns, beds, a horse show, a robot, a sting ray, a dance show and even a tadpole with a baby on its back! 'When you think you have made a mistake. Think of it as an opportunity to make something beautiful.'

Year 1 listened to the story of ‘ GIRAFFES CAN ’ T DANCE ’.

Year 2 have been learning to do new tasks- can you see what they are ?

Mrs Hill Year 2-5 have shared the book Dougie Duck can't swim with me. He has lots of help along his journey and finds out he can swim. Once he declares he can swim he thinks that maybe next week he will water ski ! Some classes have made badges.

Year 5 have been creating their own inventions like Rosie Revere Engineer
