Other things to keep in mind... Make sure all the fonts (Arial) match throughout Spell check Do not go over 5 minutes Transitions help your presentation look professional Animations are also cool, but don’t over-animate (each letter of each word should not dance into play) Each slide should have a background (not just white) Just use ideas – not full sentences No more than 3 bullet points per slide Save your presentation to a folder – include all movies and downloaded content to that folder. Then, just transfer the folder to a USB drive. Ask for help! I can make you look smart if you just ask (but not at the last minute)
