Daily Exericse / Physical Activity

How much do YOU need? 60 minutes a day = 1 hour Does NOT have to be done all at once Can be done 4 – 15 min sessions or even min sessions Needs a total of 1 hour EVERY DAY!

Do You Think Exercise Is Fun???

How can we make exercise fun? #1 – Pick activities that you enjoy but still get your body moving and your heart beating faster! #2 – Do activities that you can do with your friends and family! #3 – You can make up your own activity or games!

GET UP AND PLAY!!!

Exercise You Can Do Balloon Fun – Take Your balloon and throw it up in the air (you can’t let it touch the floor), while hitting the balloon skip, jog, jump, dance, go in a circle but don’t just stand still. – If the balloon hits the floor you have to do five jumping jacks then try again!

Exercise You Can Do Freeze Dance – I will turn on the music and you have to dance as silly as you want but you can’t stay in the same spot… move around! – When the music stops you have to freeze and make a silly face then check to see if your heart is beating faster! – When the music comes back on keep dancing!
