WSCA Managed Print Process Customer requests Print Assessments from minimum of three (3) awarded Contractors. Note: To maximize time and effort of both Customer and Contractor, assessments can run simultaneously Print Assessments must include #1 ranked Contractor Print Assessment must include Contractor recommendation and anticipated savings
WSCA Managed Print Process Customer decides and documents which proposal best meets their business needs Contractor may not offer a higher cost than was submitted with Proposal Contractor may offer a single cost per copy for Managed Print Services Contractor may offer additional services as requested by Customer
WSCA Managed Print Process Customer & Contractor will negotiate specific terms of agreement based on: 1.WSCA Master Agreement, and 2.Washington’s Participating Addendum, and 3. Contractor Print Assessment Standard template provided by DES Customer/Contractor will provide a copy of MPS agreement to DES
