WSCA Managed Print Process Customer requests Print Assessments from minimum of three (3) awarded Contractors. Note: To maximize time and effort of both Customer and Contractor, assessments can run simultaneously Print Assessments should include #1 ranked Contractor Print Assessment must include Contractor recommendation and anticipated savings
WSCA Managed Print Process Customer decides and documents which proposal best meets their business needs Contractor may not offer a higher cost than was submitted In the WSCA master Agreement Contractor may offer a single cost per copy for Managed Print Services
WSCA Managed Print Process Contractor may offer additional services as requested by Customer Customer & Contractor will negotiate specific terms of agreement based on: Washington’s Participating Addendum, and WSCA Master Agreement, and Contractor Print Assessment
