Finding AMAG Hardware Version Highlight one or all of the nodes you want to check. Click on Open >

Migration Software can be updated to latest version. –Software required to be under software support agreement. M2000 and M2100 series controllers are field flashable to current version. 843 and 853 readers are field flashable to current version.

Required information for quoting software upgrade On the back of the server is a dongle, similar to a USB thumb drive. On the dongle you will find a system serial number, this number is required for dealers to quote support agreements. Note, dongle on older systems my be connected to COMM port.
