This report aims to study the educational advantages of using ICT and the Learner Created Content as a new delivery method by students, and sharing the idea with each other.

after we search at this type of study we found it the best : 1- Gives students the ability to select the appropriate of science, which they can easily learn. The student chooses when he and his colleagues intend to be the science that they teach the course content will choose for them and they will believe motivated to study it more than other materials and are trying to develop themselves in it.

2- Makes students more active and effective with this course. This way you find where students always are excited with their teacher without boredom, every student will try to prove himself to the teacher and to his colleagues that he most capable to come up with the best information thus creating a competitive atmosphere among the students.

3- The ability to self-confidence and to express an opinion. This method will make all students are engaging and show their opinions in front of everyone in the discussion which leads to give them self- confidence.
