Conflicts Conflicts are a normal part of life. A conflict is a disagreement or difference of opinion or interest between two people.

Stay calm and breathe. Identify what the conflict or problem is. Give your opinion to the other person in a constructive way. Here are some steps you can take to resolve conflicts:
