What is Open Communication? Open communication is when you can openly express your ideas and opinions to someone.

Open Communication Closed Communication Open communication is like a door. When the door is open you can talk to the person on the other side. Closed communication is when the door is closed. When the door is closed you cannot talk to the person on the other side. How does it work?

Positive Communication Negative Communication Positive communication is when you and the person you are talking to feel heard and understood Negative communication is when you and the person you are talking to feel unheard, ignored, or attacked. How communicating makes you feel
