Processing Prior to Summer 2014 Each campus managed it’s own processing Led to inconsistency in the process Varying turn around times Hard to manage changes in rules and requirements from the VA

Reorganization Three staff from five of the campuses moved to District Admissions and Records Two Veterans Specialists rotate among the five campuses Two Vet Success on Campus counselors rotate among the five campuses District Director serves as District Certifying Official; Campus Registrars also can certify
