Examples of WHY Questions  Why is soccer important to my community?  Why do the majority of college freshman drop out?  Why is music used for therapy?  Why is the modern world still treating women less than men?  Why does a bad childhood create a bad adulthood?  Why are video games so entertaining?  Why isn’t everyone considered “beautiful?”  Why is Chicago separated by race into different neighborhoods?

Advice for WHY Questions:  Be bold – be honest! What is something you REALLY want to discover an answer to?  Stuck? Make a list of things of things you dissatisfied with your life or life around you. You’ll probably have a question about why things are the way they are…  Think BIG(ger) picture. You are smart, inspiring, unique people with the opportunity to bring awareness to something.
