Roles and Responsibilities of C/MLGOOs/City Directors

A. CITY/MUNICIPAL DIALOGUE Coordinate with the LnB President for the inclusion of the Barangay BuB in the agenda of its regular monthly Liga meeting. Attend the Liga meeting and assist the Liga President in the conduct of orientation to all Punong Barangays.

A. CITY/MUNICIPAL DIALOGUE 3. Assist the LnB President in the discussion/orientation of the PBs on the barangay BuB. 4. Monitor the conduct of the orientation and submit the status to the Provincial Office

B. BDC PLANNING WORKSHOP Upon request, assist the barangays in the conduct of the planning workshop. Provide technical assistance in the planning workshop of BDC.

B. BDC PLANNING WORKSHOP 3. Provide the BDC with the AIP Form No. 5 entitled Projects to be funded from External Sources 4. Provide sample of a resolution adopting the proposed projects.

C. BARANGAY ASSEMBLY Advise all barangays to conduct a barangay assembly. Participate in the barangay assembly. Provide technical assistance to the Punong Barangays in discussing the Barangay BuB to residents.

C. BARANGAY ASSEMBLY 4. Ensure that the list of priority projects is approved by the assembly. 5. Submit a monitoring report for the conduct of barangay assembly.

D. SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS Collect/Consolidate the AIP Form with the corresponding Sangguniang Barangay Resolution, Minutes of the Barangay Assembly and pictures.. Submit the abovementioned documents to the DILG Provincial Office or Regional Office in the case of HUCs.
