Main barriers? Are the schools able/willing to support the roll out? If so how? What’s made the difference? What is your biggest message to other schools? to the staff in your school? to the government? What would you not have missed for the world? What will you not miss? 5 why’s (So what’s) to impact

Points to consider from visits Do Structured Conversation reports include identifiable action points for parents? How are you communicating with parents in between conversations? – do you actively contact them – text, or face to face? Consider whether children are on track to exceed or meet targets where they may not previously have been? Considered how you will sustain the AfA Principals?
