The Incas What is the most difficult thing you have ever done?

Geography Inca controlled the largest Empire in the Americas from A.D Controlled Andes Mtns, and land from Columbia to Chile and Argentina, Controlled part of Amazon rain forest and the entire West Coast of South America Lived in high mtns, dry deserts and fertile valleys Built roads that covered the length of the empire

Trade Inca created trade routes that ran all the way up to the Aztecs They traded corn, copper, llamas and alpacas, and for the first time potatoes Trade usually done in bartering not exchange of currency

Religion Virococha- Creator god had three children by his wife Cocha, Inti sun god, Illapa god of weather and Mamaquilla goddess of the moon Inti- god of the sun, believed rose from center of Lake Titicaca, Father of all emperors Illapa the weather god, god of rain and storms, god of snow and ice and winds, most feared of all of the gods Mamaquilla- the moon goddess and goddess of harvest There are 16 other gods. 21 total.
