What is Angle of Elevation? Angles of elevation or inclination are angles above the horizontal line. I will be posting a YouTube video on this shortly!

What is Angle of Depression? Angle of depression are angles that are below the horizontal line. Horizontal Line

How do you solve an angle of depression problem? For example lets solve this problem… (Thanks to Example 1: Michael, whose eyes are six feet off the ground, is standing 36 feet away from the base of a building, and he looks up at a 50° angle of elevation to a point on the edge of building’s roof. To the nearest foot, how tall is the building? I will be posting a video on solving angle of elevation and depression shortly!
