The College  Shivajirao S. Jondhale College of Engineering is one of the premium colleges of the Samart Trust in Dombivli.  They have over 7 institutes across Thane district.  Headed by Dr. Shivajirao Jondhale, this college has tasted over 20 years of success in the field of education.  With a student capacity of 1600, Shivajirao S. The History  Samarth Samaj, a registered public trust was founded by late Shri Sakharamseth H. Jondhale in the year 1960, humbly beginning a school. In the last 5 decades, small seedlings have blossomed into a giant education complex catering over 12,000 students at all levels.  Shivajirao S. Jondhale College of Engineering (Approved by AICTE, Affiliated by University of Mumbai), was started at Dombivili (East) by Samarth Samaj in the year  Spread across 17 acres of prime land with beautiful landscape, buildings and all facilities, the college provides education to 6 branches of Engineering viz. Mech, Chem, Prod, I. T., E.X.T.C. and Comps, thus shaping the careers of over 1600 students every year. 4

Odyssey - Overview  The cultural festival of SSJCOE – Odyssey - is about getting together all the students from various colleges in and around Mumbai.  Odyssey has been around the festival circuit for the past 13 years.  A showcase of talents is what we get to witness here at Odyssey.  Spread over 17 acres of land, Odyssey is basically a gallery of lights and exemplary display of talents.  A festival of 3 days, we have 43 events covering a detailed timeline. 5

Budget Menu  The event this large incurs a huge cost, which we plan to cope with the help from our partners and the entries for the event.  According to our planning funds upto Rs. 7 Lakh will be required.  Our main target will be our highlight events and most of the fund will be in support of them.  Some of it will go in decorations all around the college based on our theme of “A Journey Through India”.  Cash prizes will be distributed from the funds gathered itself.  Logistical and other costs incurred will be paid through the sponsorship amount. 13

Benefits to Sponsors  Odyssey 2016 will witness an overflowing participation of 45 engineering and non-engineering colleges and schools.  Footfall of more than 3000 per day.  Events planned so as to the benefit of both parties.  Media Exposure (Newspaper, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)  Infographics set up at stalls will help visitors know more about the company.  Use the festival to penetrate into the limits of the city thus helping in the growth of your business. 14
