3rd Amendment No QUARTERING of troops in peacetime. That means you don’t have to provide food or shelter for soldiers.

4th Amendment No illegal SEARCH or SEIZURE …it can be legal if they have a WARRANT or PROBABLE CAUSE (suspicion)

5th Amendment No Double JEOPARDY Right to a GRAND JURY Right to Due Process Imminent Domain (PROPERTY COMPENSATION) No SELF INCRIMINATION “I plead the 5th!!”

6th Amendment Right to SPEEDY, PUBLIC TRIAL with an IMPARTIAL JURY Right to L AWYER Right To Hear & confront accuser Right to know crime being accused of

7th Amendment You have the right to have a jury in a civil trial A judge cannot change a jury verdict

8th Amendment No EXCESSIVE BAIL and fines no CRUEL & unusual punishment

9th Amendment Unenumerated Rights …this means that you have more rights than just the ones“ LISTED“in the bill of rights.

10th Amendment FEDERALISM DELEGATED Powers not given to the (NATIONAL) government goes to the (STATE) governments
