4th Amendment No illegal SEARCH or SEIZURE …it can be legal if they have a WARRANT or PROBABLE CAUSE (suspicion)

6th Amendment Right to SPEEDY, PUBLIC TRIAL with an IMPARTIAL JURY Right to L AWYER Right To Hear & confront accuser Right to know crime being accused of
7th Amendment You have the right to have a jury in a civil trial A judge cannot change a jury verdict
8th Amendment No EXCESSIVE BAIL and fines no CRUEL & unusual punishment
9th Amendment Unenumerated Rights …this means that you have more rights than just the ones“ LISTED“in the bill of rights.
10th Amendment FEDERALISM DELEGATED Powers not given to the (NATIONAL) government goes to the (STATE) governments
