Summaries, Conclusions, and Action Items 2 Major Discussion Points -VLJs Very Light Jet Certification/Validation update –Current 23 Regulations/Specifications not adequate –FAA Applying 23 Jet Special Conditions per Part 23 categories – EASA establishing list of High Performance Airplane CRIs –Generic VIs and Std Differences established for FAA and in development for EASA (potential list of 69 generic CRIs)

Both FAA and EASA have partnered with these organizations. –Rationale for EASA minimum weight limit of 150 Kg- who has responsibility for lower weight UASs in Europe. –UASs deconflict with piloted aircraft
