There are 9 linking verbs to learn That’s too many to memorize, so……. we will use an easy trick to remember them all.

Let’s see if you can fill in the missing verb in each sentence. Yesterday, I ______ happy. was Today, I ________ happy. am Tomorrow, I will _______ happy. be So far you know 3 linking verbs.
