A letter of a project! Dear Jane, A brief update on your current building program. As you know, we are concentrating on the new warehouse, and it’s going well – it’s a head of schedule. We are hoping to finish the construction work by the end of the month.

 The office extension, however, is going very slowly. We are still working on the draft plans. The installation of the new elevator is also behind schedule. The problem seems to be a breakdown in communication. Collin Lamont doesn’t speak Spanish. Antonio Pena doesn’t speak much English. I think we need to meet.
