Progress Campaign Microsite Launched March 10 Brock University Accessibility Advisory Committee meetings to review accessibility approach. Over 100 Content Editors and Writers attended Writing for the Web Training. Video will available on server this week. Extensive IA/UI testing performed with prospective and current students, Alumni. Social Media Strategy Report completed. Draft Homepage and Design Options presented. Implementation Schedule Released.

Implementation/Consultation Process Consultation begins 4 – 6 weeks before Implementation Date. Comprehensive Consultation Guide will be provided. Consultation will require on key contact for communication during Implementation/Consulting process. Content Management System Training provided at that time. Kick off meeting will be held to inform all participants about the process. Academica consultant will be on site Mondays and Wednesdays through summer. Consulting fees at no cost to the unit. Additional fees will be incurred if full content migration service is required.
