Dr. HGD History and Background The Dr. HGD Foundation was born in the aftermath of the untimely death of the surgeon, Dr. Henri Gerard Desgranges who was trained and practicing in France and its global regions of interest. After many years abroad, his vision was to return to his home town, Petit- Goâve, Haïti and build a health center to provide quality medical care to all citizens;. The Organization was founded and created by his loving family and friends, in his honor.
