How does it work? Step 1 – Main Fax Window Step 2 – Add from Mac Address Book Step 3 – Optional Fax Settings From the Printer list select [Mac Fax]. You can simply add a Recipient by clicking on the PLUS [+] button… Or select the magnify glass to add from the Apple Mac Address Book! Search by typing in the client’s name or just select from the list below. Four (4) resolution to choose from. [Print] will send the document as a fax to all selected recipients. Presets can further simplify the desktop faxing process into ONE easy step! Save a list of recipients and settings into a [Preset] and recall it when you need it. Notice the preview of the fax job?
