What does her job involve? 1. Work on seasonal chocolates – Special ranges (Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day) – Plan each range really far in advance

2. Market research – Hold tasting sessions around the country – Always looking out for new chocolates – Checking the daily sales of their competitors What does her job involve?
