 Northeast (1994)  Akron, Cleveland State, Kent State, NEOUCOM, Youngstown State  Southwest (1994, 2000)  Central State, Cincinnati, Miami, Wright State  Central (1995, 2002)  Ohio State  Northwest (1996)  Bowling Green, Toledo  Southeast (1996)  Ohio University Northwest Perrysburg Southwest Middletown Central Columbus Southeast Athens Northeast Rootstown

 Holdings of approximately 8 million items  Calculated capacity of 8.5 million items  Only 13 OhioLINK libraries currently deposit materials  Transitioning from regional depositories to a single depository system

 Materials will be collectively owned  Depositories & libraries actively coordinate policies & procedures  Number of copies to be retained across depositories explicitly stated  Service standards will be developed

 Circulation policies will accommodate course reserves, exhibits, other special cases  Physical condition notes  Non-circulating local materials (special collections, archives, institutional theses & dissertations) will be accommodated
