 FOCUS ON GAPS – BIGGEST GAPS ARE BEING CREATED BY THE WITHDRAWL OF FUNDING TO GRASS ROOTS ORGANISATIONS  FLEXIBILITY  TARGETTED – SCORING MECHANISMS  SUSTAINABILITY – VOLUNTARY LED / VOLUNTARY OWNED  REACTIVE – FLOODING ETC.

 Around 650,000 people in Wales are involved in formal volunteering with organisations.  Around 1.5million people if this is widened to include informal volunteering  The monetary value?
