Schedule How Long is the project going to take? Is the Work Sequential or Concurrent Is there enough time to perform the Work? If not enough time, How can we ‘Make Time’? Can we add more people? more equipment? Can we work longer shifts? double shifts? weekends? Will Weather affect the Work? Will Access affect the Work?
