P3 Ensure Efficient & Effective Operations Target: turnaround time for ILL of 48 hours Met target in FY12: Reviewed stats for 6 public doctorals for 3 busiest months (February – April 2012) Average of 28.2 hours overall 32 hours for articles 24.5 hours for loans
