1 st The image above shows that I wrote out all the questions at the top of the sheet so that I could record the results I had collected below each one. This means it is easy to read and understand and I can type in my data easily. They are all closed questions so they can be answered using a drop down box making it easier to input data. The image below shows the sheet on the spreedsheet with all the data filled in that I collected and as you can see it is easy to read and can be used easily. It is lined up and set out in a format that it simple though good when putting in the different types of data.

The image above shows the different options in a drop down box for some of the questions, I used them to put in the different options so when inputting the data you click and can choose one of these in a drop down box format. I got the drop down boxes by clicking on data, data validation, and then a pop up box shows up (next slide).

This shows what I had to select to get the drop down box, I had to select list and then what I wanted to appear in the list I was doing. I had to complete this step for every question I did as they are all closed questions. Below shows what it looks like, it is easy to select the answer to a question.

This was what the first page looked like when I had imputed all my collected data, it is laded out in a clear way and it is easy to read. It has the options for my drop down box below and I can hide those so they are not moderated.

This shows what I did when I did my count if values. They allowed me to count up the amount of people that chose a certain category. This means its easy to analyse the data and it is clear to read.

With my count if data I inserted a graph to show what the results show. The graph is below and because I used count if it was easy to input and now I can analyse my data to a further extent because of my graph. I inserted graphs and did count if for each question and they are all on separate sheets so I can look at each questions data easily instead of it being crowded.

I also did count ifs which allow me to compare data from two different questions so I can look at how one question affects another. This is good as it means I have used the data to a further extent and have more information from my questionnaire because of this.

This picture shows one of my completed sheets using the data from the question “What food group do you like most?” It is clearly lade out and easy to read what the evidence from the questionnaire has shown me. I can analyse the data I have got and I have kept to the same colour scheme throughout the speed sheet.
