How will I do if I manage the SOHO Company?

The employees I hire in the SOHO Company should through the professional interview. And to select employees with good experience, communication and resume.

To establish vision, mission and goals for the SOHO Company. And each employees know about it and work hard together for the aim.

What motivates me to work?

My family, Socialize, Knowledge, Friends, My employees and Information

I wish that my employees to work not just for money, they can achieve their own dream in my company.

For Employees

To knows each employees advantages and disadvantages, and apply them in a appropriate position.

Know about employees wants and needs, their really motivation to work.

As an important manager in SOHO Company, I should discipline myself.

Employees should treat equal. If they have any complaint about work, they can talk with manager.

Both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards are vital. Intrinsic rewards: Sense of meaningfulness, Sense of choice, Sense of competence, Sense of progress. Extrinsic rewards: Health, yearly raise and dental.

But if the employee always make the same mistake and not change it, he will not be able to work in the SOHO Company.

Organizational Structure

Organizational structure is really important in a company, which consists task allocation, coordination and supervision, which are directed towards the achievement of organizational aims.

It can also be considered as the viewing glass or perspective through which employees see their organization and its environment
