ARRA Funding Unit Production Challenge: Meet production targets after legitimate delays to meet DOE plan and Governor expectations Solution: Start a six-month pilot project to directly target weatherization work for units within the state’s Housing Trust Fund portfolio. Projects are direct service to supplement the work performed by the Community Action Network to make sure goals and targets are met.
