Housing The Caddos lived in a cone shaped hut. About 800 Caddos live in the huts! Their hut was made out of grass and layers of mud. The Caddo’s huts were not moveable.

Natural Resources They ate a lot of meat like bears, coyotes, jack rabbits, foxes, and much more! Also water, grass, and mud. Also breechcloth to make clothing.

Tools Weapons They used hoes made out of wood and buffalo shoulders, animal traps made out of bamboo canes. They also used travois made out of saplings for carrying supplies, gourd ladles, horn spoons, and clay bowls. Animal traps made out of bamboo canes. Also trotlines and bows and arrows.

Physical Appearance Caddo means "pierced nose”, they pierce there noses. They also pierce their ears. They made tattoos by scratching their self and putting colored ash in their ashes. They made lots of shapes like and circles stripes. They also wore bright colors , shells, bones, animal teeth, seeds, and much more! Women wore sleeveless buck skin clothing.

Strange Custom Caddo men weep and wail when greeting strange visitors.
