LEVELS  Six levels and two sub levels  Level one  Backwalkovers, cartwheels, and forward rolls, roundoff  Level two  Backhandsprings, backwalkovers, roundoff backhandsprings  Level three  Standing backhandspring sequence, roundoff backhandspring tuck, jumps to backhandsprings  Level four  Standing tuck, two backhandsprings to layout, roundoff backhandspring layouts, jumps to backhandspring tuck  Level five  Restricted  Unrestricted  Level 6  adults continue cheerleading after the age limit of 18  College
