Shakespeare Anthologies   Check out the organization of your anthology

Shakespeare Speed Dating!  For each round:  Identify any plays with which you are familiar  Check out “key facts” for the plays – notice similarities, differences, interesting pieces of information…  Make cultural connections to the plays. Have you seen a movie based on one of the plays? Read a book? Watched a TV show?!  Round 1: Comedies  Round 2: Histories  Round 3: Tragedies

Shakespeare Lit Circle Groups 1. Decide which play you would like to read 2. Decide who you will be MOST PRODUCTIVE AND ACCOUNTABLE with in a group  This is the last unit of the semester  You will be in these groups for approx. 8 weeks  Individual AND group grades will affect your own grade 3. Each person in class: give me a ½ sheet of paper with the following info: 1. Your name 2. Top 3 play choices 3. List of people with whom you would like to work
