FCC’s 700 MHz Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking FCC Commission’s final decisions regarding the structure of the 700 MHz band and the auction and service rules for the remaining 60 MHz of unauctioned spectrum Currently occupied by television broadcasters in TV Channels 52-69, MHz, made available for wireless services, including public safety and commercial services, as a result of the digital television transition
