Victory Place 2 Phoenix Arizona An adjacent 2-story building was constructed in 2009 and includes 20 units of permanent housing, an enhanced Career Center, and additional support service space. With future expansion on adjacent parcels, the transitional component will house over 300 residents when completed. The planned Phase III development will provide 75 efficiency units with supportive services for special needs targeting Veterans 55 and older along with a community center with kitchen and dining areas. Victory Place shall serve the estimated 4,000 homeless veterans living on the streets and in substandard and over-priced housing conditions throughout the greater-Phoenix area. Very low- income tenants will be “wrapped” with supportive services including Outreach and Assessment, Residential and Non-Residential Employment Services & Sobriety Support Groups Phase III ground breaking ceremony took place on December 9th. The planned Phase IV development will be situated in 3 buildings within the Project; two 3-story elevator-serviced apartment buildings and one single story multipurpose room that shall serve the residents There will be 96 total units with a mix of studio (66 units) and 1 bedroom (30 units).
