A plant grows from photosynthesis is that a chemical or physical change? Why?

A snowman is sitting out in the hot sun and is slowly melting, is that a physical or chemical change? Why?

You tear your homework in half, crumple it up and through it away, is that a physical or chemical change? Why?

You dip a dirty penny in to a cleaning solution, bubbles form around the penny. When you pull the penny out it is shinny. Chemical change or a physical change? Why?

It’s the 4 th of July, you go to watch the fireworks. When the fireworks explode is this a chemical or physical change? Why?

Rubber balls bounce while marbles don’t bounce at all, they may break if you try to. Is that a physical or chemical property? Why?

Silly putty will stretch to extreme lengths with out breaking apart. Is this a physical or chemical property? Why?

Some metals will rust when left wet and exposed to air. Is this a physical or chemical property? Why?

Some chemicals like gasoline combust using less energy then other chemicals like water. We can use this to power our cars. Is this a physical or chemical property? Why?

Mercury is the only metal which is liquid at room temperature. Is this a physical or chemical property? Why?
