12G Reporting Started – Monday, April 15 th Set to Close – Friday, April 26 th ODE to create Longitudinal Grad Report  FY12 – 4 year cohort  FY11 – 5 year cohort  Twice a week and once during the weekend Verify 3 year grad from Data Collector For student that left the district with one SSID and moved to another district and was assigned new SSID First district will deactivate the first SSID and replace with the last SSID for student. Known issue G EMIS transfer creating duplicate FN and GI records for Districts with buildings that share same IRN

12G Month of May  Supplemental period  For students who were reported previously with incorrect withdraw code and reported as dropout, transferred to non-pub, etc. and who are still appearing in denominator, if documentation available, submit form with corrected information to Office of Accountability For students exempt from testing and exemption not reported during previous reporting period  May need to use EMISFFE to report FE record.
