Evaluating Corporate Identity Answer these questions: What type of organisation is it? Are there other groups offering the same services? Do staff understand what it does and where its going? What does the company’s stationary look like? How do staff members dress? How do people answer the phone? How often is the website updated? Answer these questions: What type of organisation is it? Corporate Identity Impact When you have corporate identity “right” it will touch on everybody in the company, from the person who answers the phone to the CEO.
