Get Started- 1 st Period  Turn in 1 st day packets and signed learning plans if you have not already done so  Take out your world map and finish up and/or check over anything that you have not completed

Quiz- 2 nd Period  Take out a piece of paper and answer the following questions. This will count as a quiz grade!!! Questions are 20 points each. 1. How many people are allowed to talk at once? 2. When is an appropriate time to talk to your group? 3. True or False? Talking is allowed during a test or quiz. 4. True or False? Talking is allowed while the teacher gives directions. 5. Explain in a few sentences the consequences of students not following directions during social studies class.  I am making a new seating chart. Write on your paper if there is anyone you need to not be around.

Map Quiz  You will receive a map and an answer sheet. Write only on the answer sheet! DO NOT write on the map!  When you are finished, you may turn in your map and answer sheet in the basket. You do not have to separate them.  When you return to your seat, you should begin working on your atlas activity.  I will let you know when the quiz is over. You should not talk or communicate in any way until that point.
