Personalize web page setting. There are different tools the user can set up to personalized the internet browser: Homepage – set up favorite website as the first page accessed by the internet browser. Pop Up Blocker – allow for pop up (new windows to open up when access a web page). The preferred setting is to block pop ups, but some sites require this to be turned on.
