Role of Police. Court plays important role in laying the foundations of constitutional law.

Police has to maintain law and order in the state.

Q. why is it essential to punish behavior which has been prohibited in the group ? What is the most important function of the state? How does it ensure peace? Why do you think an FIR must be lodged in a police station ? In a situation where the police fail or refuse to file an FIR, what can be done?
